Be a Lucky Block Mutations Guide

Mutations are weather-based events that occur approximately every hour and last for 5 minutes. When a mutation event activates, the game environment changes visually and all players receive a cash bonus for the duration of the event. During the event, there is also a chance to obtain special mutation Brainrots.

The four mutation types are Candy (+50%), Gold (+100%), Diamond (+150%), and Void (+200%). Each type has its own weather visual effect, its own set of mutation Brainrots, and its own base skin that unlocks when you collect 35 of that mutation's Brainrots.

Mutation events are automatic and affect all servers simultaneously. You do not need to do anything special to participate. Simply play the game normally during a mutation event and you will receive the cash bonus on all earnings. The mutation Brainrots have a random chance to appear alongside your normal Brainrot drops during the event.

Outside of scheduled weather events, there is a small passive chance to obtain mutation Brainrots during regular gameplay. This chance is much lower than during the actual weather event, but it means you can slowly accumulate mutation Brainrots even if you miss the hourly events.

Weather mutation events trigger automatically on a roughly hourly cycle. The specific mutation type is randomly selected each time. Void Hunter events are the rarest, while Candy events appear most frequently. All players on all servers experience the same mutation event at the same time.

There is no way to predict which mutation will appear next. If you are specifically farming for Void Brainrots, you may need to wait through several cycles before a Void Hunter event occurs. Consider staying online during peak hours when you can participate in more events per session.

Each mutation type has an associated base skin that unlocks when you collect 35 Brainrots of that mutation type. Base skins are purely cosmetic and do not affect cash generation or gameplay mechanics. However, they serve as visible progression milestones.

The 35 Brainrots do not need to be collected during a single weather event. They accumulate over time across all your play sessions. Once you reach 35 of a specific mutation type, the corresponding base skin unlocks permanently and survives Rebirth.
